    7. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Before operation, study the safety requirements. Follow all the requirements of the present manual Getting started the machine usage, the operator should consider his physical condition, level of qualification and complexity of the tasks performed. Machine operation is allowed only for personnel of 18-year age or older having studied the present operating manual.

    The processed blank should be checked for the presence of metal or mineral inclusions (nails, clips, debris, rocks, etc.). Do not process the materials having cracks, loose knots, rottenness, or other flaws in the wood. During cross-cutting of round timber, supply the blank by moving it over the table surface, not by rolling.

    10.4 Conditions of normal machine operation Manual feed under normal machine operation conditions when processing medium-hard wood to the maximum depth and width in one pass is 1.5 m/min for planing, and 1 m/min for cutting. In case of insufficient dust extraction and blockage of dust extraction channel of the machine, use dust extraction device with a capacity of at least 900 m /h.

    12.2 Planing knives sharpening and replacement It’s necessary to periodically sharpen or replace the planing knives (fig. 17) when they get blunt. Knife cutting edge should be sharp and free from deformations, indentations, cleavage and cracks. When mounting the new knives, replacing the fixing parts and after sharpening, the difference in weight of a set of knives together with fixing set shall not exceed 1 gram.

    The transportation of the machines is performed by two persons, holding the handles of the package. During transportation, it is necessary to comply with the labeling requirements on the individual package. To transport the machine without packaging, you should use the left and right cross guides (fig. 1), and the wheel stand BELMASH PK-1.

    7.4 Exigences pour les matières d’œuvre Le poids d'une matière d’œuvre ne doit pas dépasser 50 kg. Lors du traitement des matières d’œuvre de plus de 2 m de long, il est nécessaire d'utiliser des supports montés sous l'extrémité en surplomb d’une matière d’œuvre ou travailler en tandem. La hauteur minimale d’une matière d’œuvre pour sciage et fraisage est 10 mm.

    9. COMPOSITION DE LA MACHINE, SCHEMA DU CIRCUIT ÉLECTRIQUE La machine représente un dispositif électromécanique. En tant que lecteur on utilise un moteur asynchrone. La rotation du moteur à l'axe du couteau est transmise par transfert trapézoïdale. La courroie 65 actionne une poulie motrice et et deux poulies entraînées (ill. 18). La première poulie entraînée assure la rotation de la lame de scie, la seconde poulie entraînée assure la rotation de l'arbre du couteau de rabotage et du mandrin de perçage.
