Probe Hold permits taking a reading without looking at the meter and an audio signal advises the
PROBE
reading is locked in the display for viewing after removing the test leads. To use, select a function
TM
HOLD
and range then press Probe Hold. The "HOLD" indication wil appear in the LCD. Connect the meter
to the circuit to be tested and wait for a beep. You can remove the test leads and the reading will
remain locked in the display. To disengage, press Probe Hold again or change the range selected.
D • Probe Hold TM
Probe Hold erlaubt eine Messung vorzunehmen ohne dabei das Meßgerät zu beachten. Wählen Sie die
gewünschte Funktion und Bereich und drücken Sie die Probe Hold Taste. "HOLD" erscheint in der Anzeige.
Verbinden Sie das Gerät mit dem Schaltkreis. Ein Biebton gibt an daß ein Meßwert richtig erfaßt wurde und
auf der Anzeige festgehalten ist. Sie können jetzt die Meßkabel vom Schaltkreis entfernen und den Meßwert
ablesen. Um zur normalen Messung zurückzukehren, drücken Sie erneut die Probe Hold Taste oder ändern
Sie den Meßbereich.

Valor medido almacenado. Permite tomar una lectura, sin mirar la pantalla emitiendo una señal audible
cuando dicha lectura está almacenada, permitiendo retirar las puntas de prueba. Para poder usarse,
seleccione una función y rango y pulse la tecla "Probe Hold", aparecerá la indicación "HOLD" en pantalla.
Conecte el medidor al circuíto a ser medido y espere a oir un tono. Cuando esto ocurra, retire las puntas de
prueba ya que dicha lectura permanecerá en pantalla. Para desconectar esta función, pulse la tecla "Probe
Hold" otra vez o cambie el rango seleccionado.

Probe Hold permet de prendre une mesure sans se préoccuper du multimètre. Sélectionnez une fonction et

une gamme et pressez la touche Probe Hold. HOLD est affiché. Connectez les pointes de touche au circuit à
mesurer. Un bip sonore vous avertit dès qu'une valeur stable est mesurée et affichée. Vous pouvez
déconnecter les pointes de touche et l'affichage reste maintenu pour lecture ultérieure. Pour retourner à des
mesures normales, pressez Probe Hold à nouveau ou changez de gamme de mesure.

the backlight on and off. To conserve battery life, backlight will automatically turn off after
approximately 60 seconds.
