5.1 Temperature control dial
To change the temperature, turn the temperature control dial on the handle: Turn
the dial to the right «+» to increase the temperature and to the left «–» to reduce
it.

Using the grill

You may also use your raclette grill to grill food. You do not necessarily have to be
melting cheese at the same time.
Lay the grill plate (ribbed side up) on top of the appliance's two metal supports,
making sure that it is firmly in place.
If you are using the stone grill plate (accessory), the juice groove must be on the
top, and the slits below must fit over the metal supports.
Turn the temperature control dial to the left (to the «–» symbol, i.e. the lowest
temperature).
Plug the power cord into the mains power supply to begin using your raclette
grill.
Turn the temperature control dial to the right (to the «+» symbol) and preheat the
raclette grill without the serving trays for about 5 minutes (or 20 minutes if you are
using the stone grill plate).
Place the food to be grilled on the grill plate or the stone grill plate (accessory)
until it is cooked.
To avoid damaging the non-stick surface, never use sharp objects
(knives, forks etc.) for cutting on or scraping the grill plate.
