the warranty will be invalidated. The
after-sales service will tell you how to
return the appliance and about the
costs incurred.
5. Cleaning
If you do not clean the spare parts or
the appliance before sending them
back, Dalcq S.A. will charge a fixed
fee for cleaning. It is the responsibility
of the purchaser to prove that the
actual cost of cleaning is lower than
the fixed fee charged.
6. Withdrawal of warranty
The warranty entitlement is
withdrawn:
• In the event of misuse, ill
treatment or incorrect storage
(e.g. Damage caused by damp,

• In the event of repairs, attempted
repairs, modifications of any kind
and the use of non-oem spare
parts, etc. Not done by dalcq s.a.
or by its approved companies
• In the event of unsuitable
packaging and improper
transportation
• In the event of inappropriate
mechanical influences on the
appliance or on the appliance's
components
• Should incidents occur that
are not associated with the
machining and manufacture
of the appliance, such as
drops, collision, damage, fire,
earthquake, flood damage,
lightning, etc.

The expenses incurred by dalcq
s.a. after a product is returned
by the purchaser in the absence
