Sous-vide cooking
Sous-vide cooking is a revolutionary
technique that simply involves
packing fresh ingredients (seasoned or
otherwise) in a hermetically sealed bag
or container from which all of the air
has been removed, and immersing it in
water at a controlled temperature for
perfectly controlled, gentle cooking.
Using this cooking technique, your
ingredients stay incredibly tender,
juicy, colourful, healthy and much
tastier. Your food will be cooked evenly,
right through to the centre. Therefore,
as cooking is done in a hermetically
sealed vacuum bag, the flavours of
the condiments and spices will be
absorbed more easily and naturally as
they will not be diluted in water or air.
