VACUUM PACKING WITH NUTRIBAG
1. Place the food in the bag without
creating folds or tension on the
surfaces
2. Make sure that the end of the
bag is clean and flat and that it is
free from moisture and powders.
Remove any liquids or food from
the sealing zone
3. Open the NutriVac and place the
ends of the bag in the vacuum
chamber with the smooth side
towards the sealing bar
4. Close the lid and lock, applying
pressure to the front left-hand
corner and the front right-hand
corner of the appliance
5. Select Normal or Soft mode using
the "Mode" button depending on
the food to be vacuum packed. In
"Soft" mode, the vacuum power
is lower and the sealing time

shorter than in "Normal" mode
6. Press the "Vacuum & Seal"
button, the light comes on and
the NutriVac automatically
evacuates the air from the bag
and seals it
7. If the NutriBag is not
positioned correctly, it may
cause an air leak and the
pressure may increase; the
vacuum pump then continues
to operate non-stop. In this
case, press the Stop button,
open the lid to correctly
position the NutriBag and then
try again
8. The light goes out when the
process is complete
9. Push the two release buttons on
the side and lift the lid

10. Remove the bag from the
NutriVac
11. Check the seal. It must be an
even transverse band, with no
folds or lines inside the bag. The
seal must be across the whole
width of the NutriBag, with no
air leaks. If there is a leak, start
again
NOTE
Leave 25 seconds between
two vacuum packing
processes
Vacuum packing can be
interrupted at any time using
the "Stop" button
