MAKING BAGS WITH NUTRIBAG ROLLS

NutriBag rolls are available in two
widths: 20 and 28 cm.
Select the width appropriate to the
food to be preserved. Check that
the width and length of the roll is 5
to 8 cm larger than the food to be
preserved.
Make bags by following the steps
below:
1. Lift the lid
2. Place the end of the NutriBag
roll on the front of the NutriVac,
making sure that it is fully
positioned over the sealing bar
3. Important: do not let the bag
stick out in the vacuum chamber
or over the seal
4. Close the lid and lock it, applying
pressure to the front left-hand
corner and the front right-hand

corner of the appliance. You
should hear a "click", which
indicates that the appliance is
closed
5. Before vacuum packing, make
sure that the NutriVac is locked.
Check that the NutriBag roll is
correctly positioned.
6. Press the "Seal" button
7. The light goes out when the bag
is sealed
8. Push the two release buttons on
the side and lift the lid
9. Remove the sealed end from the
NutriVac
10. Check the seal that has been
created: it must be an even
transverse band, with no folds
or lines inside the bag. The seal
must be across the whole width

of the NutriBag, with no air leaks.
If there is a leak, start again
11. Unroll the roll and cut to the
required size using scissors
12. Your bag is now ready to use
