Setting up
Setting with drum stops
The drum stops provide set spacings.
They are pre-set at 22 mm, 37 mm and 57 mm.
Pull bench back a short distance.
To make the setting, turn drum stop
required position and engage.
Interchangeable drilling unit,
Space 22 mm
6 spindles, for drilling hinge holes
Interchangeable drilling unit,
Space 37 mm
9 spindles, for drilling hole lines
Interchangeable drilling unit,
Space 57 mm
9 spindles, for drilling hole lines
Note:
This setting must be made on both sides
of the machine!
Move bench against stops

Carry out trial drilling.

Pendulum stops

Adjust pendulum stops to suit application.
To make adjustments, undo screw
stop along rail.

Re-tighten screw.
