Use as a Floor Vacuum Cleaner

Use

PLEASE NOTE!
Never hold the nozzles, in particular the turbo nozzle with its rotating brush, close
to parts of your body or animals during use and do not place your hands inside
the nozzles. The device could become stuck to them and cause injuries. Should
the vacuum cleaner become stuck, switch the device off immediately (move On / Off
switch to position 0).
Keep the turbo nozzle away from objects which could become caught in the rotating
brush.
Switch on the vacuum cleaner only when it is ensured that all the parts have been
fully assembled and that the dust container and the fi lter are correctly inserted.
1. Depending on whether the vacuum cleaner is used as a handheld or as a fl oor
vacuum cleaner, insert or remove the telescopic rod (13) as required.
2. Insert the nozzle you want into the suction opening (6) or attach the suction hose (17).
Attach the carrying strap (16) to the device if required.
3. Unwind the mains cable to its full length and insert the mains plug into a properly
installed plug socket that is easily accessible.

To use the device as a fl oor vacuum cleaner, attach the
turbo nozzle (7) or the fl oor nozzle and plug the telescopic
rod (13) into the connection in the motor housing.
To detach the telescopic rod, press the release button (2)
and pull the telescopic rod out of the motor housing.
4. If you are using the suction hose and carrying strap, wrap
around the carrying strap.
5. Flip the On / Off switch (10) to position I to switch on the
vacuum cleaner.
6. Guide the nozzle over the surface to be cleaned.
7. After vacuuming, fl ip the On / Off switch to position 0 to
switch off the device.
8. Remove the mains plug from the socket.
9. To ensure optimum performance of the device, empty the
dust container (8) and clean the fi lters (5) after every use
(see next chapter).
