OPERATION LASER DISTANCE METER
MEASURING
When measuring in bright sunshine or to a reflective surface, it is
recommended to use a target plate.
MEASURING A SINGLE DISTANCE
Power on the device with button (14), select the measuring reference front/
rear with button (5) (see picture 1). Activate the laser with button (16), aim
at the target and press the measuring button (16). The measured distance
will be displayed in the main measurement value line.
When the next measurement is carried out the previous measurement will
move up into the previous measurement line (picture 2).

By pressing button (17) the last measurement can be cancelled.
PERMANENT MEASUREMENT
Aim the laser at the required target and keep the measuring
button (16) pressed for about 2 sec. The unit is now in the
permanent measuring mode and the last measurement will
be displayed in the main line (2). Press the measuring button
(16) once more to exit this mode.
AREA MEASUREMENT
Press button (7) to access the area measurement function. Aim the laser
at the first target (i. e. length) and press the measuring button (16). Aim the
laser at the second target (i. e. width) and press the measuring button (16)
once again. The instrument will now automatically caluclate and display the
area.
