INSTALLATION
The Table Bracket is designed to accommodate rails from
6.4mm (1/4") to 12.7mm (1/2") thick and 22.2mm (7/8") -
28.8mm (1 1/8") high. The illustration below identifies the
bracket components. The only tool required for installation
is the 3/16" Hex Key provided.
Table Bracket Installation:
Slightly angle the Table Bracket towards the center
1.
of the table and hook onto the top of the accessory
rail. (See Fig. 1.)
2.
Rotate bracket downward until Mounting Lever engages with acces-
sory rail. Tighten the Clamp Knob until the Bracket Mount is parallel
to the rail. (See Fig. 2.)
3.
Using the 3/16" Hex Key provided, turn the adjusting screw clock-
wise until Mounting Lever, see Fig 4, contacts the bottom of the
accessory rail.
Turn the same adjusting screw counterclockwise approxi-
4.
mately 45 degrees; remove the Hex Key.
Removing the Table Bracket from the rail:
Remove the injector head, then loosen the Clamp Knob.
Depress the Mounting Lever and angle the bracket slightly
towards the center of the table. Pull in an outward and upward
direction.
Reinstalling the Table Bracket onto the same rail:
Follow steps one and two above. Replace the injector head.
Installing the Table Bracket on a different size rail:
Follow steps one through four above. Replace the injector
head.
Mounting the injector head to the Table Bracket:
1.
Loosen the Injector Head Knob by turning as far as possible
counterclockwise. (See Fig. 3.)
2.
Insert the injector head mounting pin into the top of the table
bracket.
3.
Secure the injector head by turning the Injector Head Knob as far
as possible clockwise.
4.
Ensure that the Injector Head Knob is as tight as possible to facilitate a secure fit of the injec-
tor head in the table bracket.
Removing the Injector Head:
1.
2.
Table Bracket height adjustment:
NOTE - This function is best performed with the injector head already mounted to the Table
Bracket.

Loosen the Injector Head Knob by turning as far as possible counterclockwise.
Lift the injector head from the top of the Table Bracket.
Release the spring tension by turning the Height Adjust Knob approximately one quarter turn
counterclockwise. (See Fig. 3.)
Push down on the injector head until it reaches the desired height.
Tighten the spring tension on the Table Bracket again by turning the Height Adjust Knob
clockwise.
Check the Clamp Knob to assure that when tightened, it acts to prevent motion of the table
bracket. If the Clamp Knob cannot be tightened, replace the bracket.
Check the Injector Head Knob to ensure it is tight, facilitating a secure fit of the injector head
in the Table Bracket.
Check for broken or damaged parts. Do not use the bracket if any parts are broken or dam-
aged.
Check the vertical motion of the Table Bracket. If the gas spring is not functioning properly, do
not use the bracket.
Confirm that the insulating bushing is not cracked or worn. Do not use the bracket if the insu-
lating bushing is damaged.
Clean any spilled contrast media from the bracket and table rail to assure free movement of
the bracket along the rail.
At least twice a year, remove the table bracket from the rail and remove contrast media using
soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Inspect the bracket for wear.
