What's Wrong?
Saw not plugged in.
GFCI tripped.
Saw will not run (plugged in; switch on).
Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped.
Cord damaged.
Brushes worn out.
Dull cutting wheel.
Water pump will not pump water.
Cutting wheel mounted backwards.
Build up on cutting wheel.
Incorrect cutting wheel for work being done.
Extension cord too small of a wire gauge or too long.
Arbor loose.
Low house voltage.
Saw not mounted securely to stand.
Stand or bench on uneven floor.
Damaged saw cutting wheel.
Cutting cart side attachment not secure to fence.
Cutting wheel is not square to fence.

What To Do
Plug in saw.
Push switch to off and push reset button on GFCI.
Push switch to off and push the reset button on the GFCI.
Push switch to off and replace fuse or reset circuit breaker.
Have cord replaced by authorized service center.
Have brushes replaced by authorized service center.
Replace cutting wheel. Refer to Installing the Cutting Wheel.
Remove water pump and spray with clean water to dislodge the impeller.
Turn cutting wheel around. Refer to Installing the Cutting Wheel.
Use dressing stone to remove build up.
Change the cutting wheel. Refer to Installing the Cutting Wheel.
Replace with adequate size cord. Refer to Minimum Gauge for Cord Sets.
Tighten arbor.
Contact your electric company.
Reposition water pan on stand.
Reposition on flat level surface.
Replace cutting wheel. Refer to Installing the Cutting Wheel.
Check and adjust. Tighten the side attachment knob.
Check and adjust. Refer to Cutting Wheel Parallel to Cart.
Check and adjust fence. Refer to Cutting Wheel Square to Cart.
