4.7.1 Replacing the battery

The remote control (model with 4 buttons) comes without the battery;
it works with a battery placed in the lower part of the device.
To fit or replace the battery, proceed as follows:
- Open the cover on the back of the remote control;
- Replace the 12V battery model p23ga, respecting the polarity;
- Close the remote control;
- Check that it works properly;
The remote control (model with 6 button) is powered by a 3-volt CR2025 type battery
(included) located in the bottom of the device. Also remove the insulation before use.
For its insertion and possible replacement, proceed as follows:
- Operate the lever indicated;
- Pull out the battery tray and replace the battery (3-volt CR2025 model) respecting the polarity;
- Insert the tray;
- Check proper functioning.
Keep the remote control away from heat sources and water.
The battery of the remote control must be replaced and disposed of in
a safe way, respecting the local regulations.
