10.2.1 Checking the seals of the ED05 pressure
regulator
The seals in the ED05 pressure regulator may age faster under
aggressive ambient conditions. Defective seals will lead to
pneumatic leaks and non-compliance with the IP 65 protection
class.
Every now and then, check that the seals on the pressure
regulator are in perfect order.
A damaged seal can be recognized by parts of the seal visibly
protruding from the housing gaps.
