5.2.6.- Motor and reducer
WARNING: The main
disconnected before attempting any work to
the motor or reducer.
a) Checking the electric motor consumption:
Open the terminal box of the motor
removing the 4 screws of the cap. By
means of a multimeter, check voltage and
current of each of the terminals 8FIG. 32.

b) Checking the electric motor fastening:
Check that the nuts of the screws for
fastening the motor (33) are correctly
tightened; if they are not, tighten them.
c) Checking the oil level in the reducer: By
means of an Allen wrench remove the cap
(fig. 34) and check that the oil level is just
below the cap.
(Depending on the kind of motor, we will
proceed as above or simply will check through a
little inspection window).

ATTENTION: Si on réalise des travaux sur le
moteur ou dans le réducteur, on doit
débrancher l'interrupteur principal.
a) Vérifier la consommation du moteur:
Ouvrir la boite à bornes du moteur en
enlevant les quatre vis du couvercle. À
l'aide d'un multimètre, vérifier la tension et
l'intensité de chacune des prises (FIG.32).
Les lectures doivent être dans les valeurs
adéquates pour chaque moteur.
b) Vérifier la fixation du moteur: Vérifier que
les écrous des vis de fixation du moteur
(fig. 33) se trouvent correctement serrés,
dans les cas contraire les serrer.
c) Contrôler le niveau d´huile du réducteur: À
l´aide d´une clé Allen enlever le bouchon
(fig. 34) et observer le niveau d´huile qui
doit être juste au dessous du bouchon.
(Selon le type de moteur, procéder comme ci-
dessus ou simplement vérifier à travers un petit
trou d'observation).
