6. Attach the extractor hood and loosely screw
on the washers and nuts.
7. (For models with a glass panel) fold down
the glass panel. Pull the glass panel slightly
forwards until it can be folded down a little.
Press back the glass panel in this inclined
Position until it is released. Then fold down
the glass panel all the way.
8. If required, additionally secure the extractor hood
with two screws. Tighten the nuts in Step 6. *(page 46)
9. (Only for hoods with a glass panel) fold up
the glass panel in the reverse sequence.
10. (Exhaust-air mode) attach and secure the
exhaust-air hose, ensuring that the hose is
not kinked.
11. Connect the power supply.(Exhaust-air
mode) if using an external fan motor, attach
the connection cable.
12. Bend the retaining tabs on the upper tower
outwards by approx. 2 mm.
13. lnsert the upper tower into the retention
plate on the tower bracket until the upper
tower locks into Position.
14. Widen the lower tower a little and place it
over the upper tower and the extractor hood
module. The lower tower must rest on the
hood.

1. (Exhaustair mode) prepare suitable
exhaust-air conduction in the ceiling.
2. Determine the control side of the hood;
the control panel is on this side.
3. To obtain Optimum extraction capacity,
centre the extractor hood over the hotplate
(use a plumb) and mark the centre point of
the tower on the ceiling.
