Switching off
The device switches off automatically
after a while if it is not used.
1. Press the on/off switch (4) for ap-
prox. 5 s until the LCD display (7)
goes out.
2. Remove the rechargeable battery
(19) from the device if you are leav-
ing the device unattended or if you
have finished working.
Switching the LED work
light on and off
Requirements
• The device is switched on.
 DANGER! Do not look into the light
source.
Switch on LED work light
1. Press the LED button (9).
The LED work light (10) lights up.
Switch off LED work light
1. Press the LED button (9).
The LED work light (10) goes out.

Setting the pressure

Only relevant for the compressor mode.
Requirements
• The device is switched on.
Changing the pressure unit on
the LCD display (Fig. D)
1. Press the On/Off switch (4).
The pressure unit on the LCD display
(7) changes between psi, bar and
kPa.
Increasing the pressure (Fig. D)
1. Press the button ➕ (5).

Press and hold the button to increase
the pressure display rapidly.
Reducing the pressure (Fig. D)
1. Press the button ➖ (3).

decreases each time the button is
pressed.
Press and hold the button to decrease
the pressure display rapidly.

Compressor mode

The compressor mode is suitable for in-
flatable articles that need to be inflated
at high pressures, such as beach items,
balls, bicycle and car tyres etc. You may
need an adapter.
Adapter (18)
• No adapter: Car valves
• Tapered adapter (a)
e.g. Air mattresses, beach articles
• Ball needle (b)
For common balls (football, basket-
ball, volleyball, etc.)
• Adapter for bicycle valves (c)
For Sclaverand/Presta and Dunlop/
Blitz valves. The adapter for bicycle
valves is screwed onto the bicycle
valve.
