1. Changing
the driving
disc
1.1 Detach driving disc using a srcew driver or other suitable tool.
1.2 Select largest size of driving disc suiting the turning diameter.
(Also take into account the direction of rotation of the machine
spindle).
Grease O-ring and mount disc. If the fit is too loose, exchange
O-ring.
2. Changing
and adjusting
2.1 Unscrew retaining screw 5 with lockwasher
centre
2.
Types 680-60 with adaptor plate and 680-65 for mounting in a
lathe chuck have a spring-loaded
centre

must be turned to the left or right and then pulled out.
2.2 Adjust cup spring assembly 4 so that after the driving disc has
been
mounted
the
centre
piece is clamped. The cup spring assembly can be adjusted
either from the shank end using an Allen key or through the
bore of the centre using a screw driver. In the latter case, the
driver need not be removed from the machine
2.3 For heavy workpieces or high metal removal rates the centring
force can be increased

into the shank. (Make sure that the max. stroke is ob-
served).
3. Removing
the support
pistons
3.1 Detach
driving disc using a screw driver or other suitable tool.
3.2 Unscrew
one of the two vent screws 7 with sealing ring 8.
3.3 Pull out support pistons 3 and allow pressure fluid to drain off.
Check O-rings and support
