Preparing commissioning

Warning
S Make sure that in the arc of movement
of the DNCE−LAS
nobody can place a hand in the path
of moving parts (e. g. by providing a
protective screen)
and that there are no foreign objects
there either.
Warning
S Carry out the initial commissioning of the drive system with reference travel
and low speeds, masses and forces.
This prevents uncontrolled movements. Low speeds are specified as the basic
setting of the reference travel on the SFC−LACI controller.
Note
Movements against the end stop can damage mechanical components and
connections.
S Make sure that the electric cylinder does not come into contact with the
internal end stop.
For special applications reference travel can be made against external fixed
stops. The maximum permitted forces and torques must be observed here
(è chapter 12 Technical specifications").
S Read the warnings and instructions in the description of the SFC−LACI.
