10 Commissioning

Proceed as follows in order to commission the rotatable, pulling/pushing load.
•
Installation is only permissible in the vertical mounting position. In the snapped in position, the locking
knob is either at the left or the right and never at the top or the bottom.
•
Attachment to the profile column in the Learnline mobile:
Insert the slot nuts into the corresponding profile slots. Position the 1
middle at a distance of 100 mm from each other.
•
Attachment to the profile plate in the Learnline:
Insert the 4 slot nuts into the 6
Note
Installation is only permissible with the plate in the vertically upright position.
• Hold the rotatable, pulling/pushing load in front of the plate and turn in the 4 screws. Before fully
tightening the screws, push the rotatable, pulling/pulling load to the desired position. Tighten the
screws to the specified torque.
•
Check the load's swivel range.
•
During swiveling, make sure that the hydraulic hoses are long enough or decouple them before
swiveling.
•
Never swivel the load when system pressure is active.
