During the cooking cycle, the current temperature or the remaining cooking time are displayed using the ▲
key. If the temperature is lower than the cooking temperature, the letter "P" (Preheating) will flash until it is
reached. To indicate that cooking is in progress, the temperature "t" will flash and the timer will begin to
decrease.
Cooking may be interrupted by these events:
a) End of the cooking time.
b) Alarm. (see paragraph 5)
c) Manually, by pressing the ESC key for more than 3 seconds.
d) From APP with Stop button

4) CLOCK SETTING

To edit the clock, enter the current time menu and press the "ENT" key
after 3 seconds the hour digit flashes, press ▲ to set the hour to the desired value.
Press ► to choose the minute digit, press ▲ to set the minutes.
Press "ESC" to exit and save.
The time is visible by clicking ▲ until the programs list is finished.
The time is automatically updated if you log in with the app
5) ALARMS
The alarm codes currently managed are the following:
A-t1 = NTC temperature probe in short circuit.
A-t2 = NTC temperature probe not connected.
A-t3 = Temperature> 90 ° C
The alarms are displayed only when a cooking cycle is activated. To clear the alarm, you must first eliminate
the condition that caused it and then exit the program by pressing ESC.

C – 1 45 ° x 4 hours and 30 minutes: cycle suitable for medium cooking of meats, for Mi-Cuit salmon and
warm fish carpaccio
C – 2 50 ° x 4 hours and 30 minutes: cycle suitable for cooking medium meats, for Mi-Cuit medium rare
salmon and warm fish carpaccio
C – 3 55 ° x 5 hours and 0 minutes: cycle suitable for cooking pink meats, fish fillets and small-sized whole
fish
C – 4 60 ° x 5 hours and 40 minutes: cycle suitable for cooking meat, crustaceans and whole fish of medium
/ large size to the point;
C – 5 68 ° x 5 hours and 30 minutes: cycle suitable for cooking large cephalopods, well-cooked crustaceans
and ripe fruit;
C – 6 80 ° x 3 hours and 0 minutes: cycle suitable for cooking vegetables and fruit
C – 7 80 ° x 5 hours and 30 minutes: cycle suitable for cooking vegetables and fruit
C – 8 85 ° x 3 hours and 0 minutes: cycle suitable for cooking large-sized vegetables and fruit that is not
perfectly ripe
C – 9 85 ° x 5 hours and 0 minutes: cycle suitable for cooking vegetables and fruit that is not perfectly ripe
