DOWNLOAD APP "Smart Forno":

Open "Play Store"

Type "Smart Forno" or "smartforno"

Click on app "Smart Forno" with red "Gourmet" cover and install

For Apple/I-OS:
Open "App Store"

Click on "Search"

Type "Smart Forno" or "smartforno"

Click on app "Smart Forno" with red "Gourmet" cover and install

After installing:
Start app and Bluetooth on smartphone.

Select menu Settings.

Plug in Gourmet Sous-vide.

If device is not automatically recognized, use "+ Add device" from menu.

At the first connection, keep at a distance of no more than two meters from the appliance. The first
-
connection can take a few minutes to pair between devices.
In case of problems, switch off both devices and switch on again and repeat the pairing operations.

(It is possible to assign a name to the device).
The status of the appliance is displayed on the main "Dashboard" screen: water temperature and
-
cooking time.
Once a cooking cycle has started, the main screen will display in addition to the water temperature,
-
respectively:
A- "Countdown" if a switch-on delay time has been set
B- "Heating" when the appliance is heating the water and until the set temperature is reached
C- "Cooking time" with decreasing timer showing the residual cooking time when the set
temperature has been reached and the appliance actually starts cooking the food.
Once connected, you can select or modify a program with the "Programs" function and start the appliance by
setting temperature, operating time, any start delay, change the name of the program or insert personal
notes.
The program is automatically memorized by the control board when the cooking cycle starts; the app stores
the program when you exit the app.
In the "History" menu, the programs used will be displayed with the possibility of inserting notes or photos.
The modified programs will be memorized immediately by the control board, but the modification will be
visible from the app only after the end of the program and / or after exiting and re-entering the application; in
fact, it is not necessary to stay connected for the entire cooking time, when you disconnect all the changes
are stored and will be visible when you return to the app even if the cooking cycle has not ended.
