    The Hach DR1300 FL is intended for use by water treatment professionals who need to make sure that there is a consistently-low level of free and total chlorine in process water. The DR1300 FL is used to monitor free and total chlorine levels to prevent damage to product quality and prevent equipment damage caused by chlorine.

  • Page 10 Section 4 Install the batteries W A R N I N G Explosion hazard. Incorrect battery installation can cause the release of explosive gases. Be sure that the battery is of the approved chemical type and is inserted in the correct orientation. Install the four supplied AA alkaline batteries.
