BELL-219 TX
MOUNTING
The Bell-219 TX has a suspension (10) on the back with which it can be mounted,
e.g. on the wall. The suspension can be slid over a screw whose head has a dia-
meter of max. 6mm and min. 3.5mm. The mounting location should be chosen
so that the sensor can be fixed directly on the signal source.
To attach the sensor directly to the signal
ADHESIVE PAD
source, a double-sided adhesive pad is
included. Peel off the protective film on one
side of the adhesive pad and stick it to the
sensor as shown in the illustration. Then
remove the second protective film from the
adhesive pad and stick the sensor onto the
signal source. The indentation of the sensor
with the small hole in the middle should be
pointed directly at the signal source.
For mounting the sensor, also observe the
instructions in the paragraph "Setting the
sensitivity".

NOTE
Mounting the radio transmitter on PVC door frames or metal surfaces can con-
siderably limit the range.
As soon as the sound-active radio transmitter registers a sound in the set sensit-
ivity, it sends an impulse to the radio receiver, which then sounds. The green LED
on the front of the sound-active radio transmitter lights up for a short time. In
noisy environments, false triggering may occur. If necessary, adjust the sensitiv-
ity of the radio transmitter accordingly to minimise false triggering.
Attention
The device is only suitable for indoor operation!
