Calibration

Calibrate the crank if the Pro's Pro Phoenix stringing machine is not stringing correctly. It is recommended to wear safety glasses during
calibration
First you have to fix 2 strings to the two ends of the Tension Calibrator. One end is fixed with one of the two holding clamps, the other end
goes into the quick release.
Now set 30 pounds (lbs) on the crank scale and turn the crank until the crank lock lever pops out (crank locked). Now check the weight
displayed on the Tension Calibrator.
Now release the crank. (Release the crank lock lever from the anchorage again)
To calibrate the crank, use the Allen key supplied to turn the marked Allen screw to the left or right, depending on whether the weight pulled
is too much or too little.
.
5.
If the lower part of the pliers cannot be moved
at all, move the lever to the middle position. If
there is too much play in the lever, turn the
screw slightly to the right. If the clearance is
too small, turn it to the left.
6.
Then remove the Allen key and try to fix the
lower part of the pliers on the rail. If this is not
possible, repeat the process.
