The sealing cap is locked in this position.
Press the pushbutton to set the power lev‐

This symbol marks the filler opening for
STIHL gear grease.
1 LED lights up red. The battery is too
warm or too cold.
4 LEDs flash red. There is an error in
the battery.

Intended Use

The STIHL HSA 150.0 R hedge trimmer is
designed for pruning overgrown hedges, shrubs,
bushes and underbrush.
The STIHL HSA 150.0 T hedge trimmer is
designed for shaping and trimming hedges,
shrubs, bushes and underbrush.
The hedge trimmer may be used in the rain.
The hedge trimmer is powered by a STIHL AP
battery or a STIHL AR battery.

WARNING
■ Batteries not explicitly approved for the hedge
trimmer by STIHL may cause a fire or an
