3.7 Emergency Shut-off Switch
The emergency shut-off switch "EMERGENCY OFF" interrupts the device's power
supply . When the emergency shut-off switch is locked: The device cannot be
switched on .
When the emergency shut-off switch is unlocked: The green ring on the emergency
shut-off switch is visible and the device can be turned on .

Meaning
During operation, parts in the device may be live . The device
may only be opened by Sartorius Service . In case the electrical
equipment malfunctions, the device must be immediately
disconnected from the power supply .

operation .
During operation, surfaces in the area of the motor may heat up .
