6. Connect the test probes to each other to check for continuity.

The display should show 0 – 0.5 Ω (inherent resistance of the test leads).
7. Connect the two test probes to the component that you want test.

Beeps will sound if the resistance is below or equal to 50 Ω.

The display shows the measured value.

The display shows "OL" if the measured value exceeds the max. permiss-
ible value or if the circuit is broken (open).
8. Remove the test probes from the measured object.
9. Switch the multimeter off by rotating the dial to the position OFF.

● Disconnect components from power supply
● Discharge components before measuring/testing
1. Disconnect the component you want to measure from the power supply and
completely discharge it.
2. Connect the red test lead to the measurement socket V mA.
3. Connect the black test lead to the measurement socket COM.
4. Rotate the dial to Ω.
