When the range is in use, all range surfaces may become hot,
such as the knobs and oven door.
Oven Vent
The oven vent releases hot air and moisture from the oven, and
should not be blocked or covered. Do not set plastics, paper or
other items that could melt or burn near the oven vent.
INSTRUCTIONS
Food must be at serving temperature before placing it in the warmed oven.
1. Press Keep Warm.
2. Press the Temp/Time up or down arrow keypad until desired temperature is reached.
A tone will sound if the minimum or maximum temperature is reached.
3. Press START keypad.
4. Press CANCEL keypad when finished.

the Steam Clean feature.
1. Remove all racks and accessories from the oven cavity.
2. Press Steam Clean.
3. Add 12 oz (355 mL) of distilled or filtered water to the oven bottom.
4. Press the START keypad.
After 50 minutes, "END" will appear in the display to signal the end of the cycle.
5. Press the CANCEL keypad to clear the display.
6. Remove any excess water with a sponge or cloth and wipe down oven interior.
Press Warming Center to select the warming element on the cooktop. Press the START
keypad.
Press Warming Center again to turn off the warming element.
The Timer can be set in hours or minutes up to 9 hours and 59 minutes.
1. Press Timer Set/Off.
2. Press the Temp/Time up or down arrow keypad to set the length of time.
3. Press the START keypad to begin the countdown. If enabled, end-of-cycle tones will
sound at end of countdown.
4. Press Timer Set/Off again to cancel the Timer. Do not press the CANCEL keypad
because the oven will turn off.
Press Light to turn the light on and off.
Cook Time allows the oven to be set to turn on at a certain time of day, cook for a set
length of time, and/or shut off automatically.
To set a Timed Cook or a Delayed Timed Cook, see "Cook Time" section.
Delay Start is used to enter the starting time for an oven function with a delayed start.
Delay Start should not be used for foods such as breads and cakes because they may not
bake properly.
To set a Timed Cook or a Delayed Timed Cook, see the "Cook Time" section.
This Clock can use a 12 hour cycle.
1. Check that the oven is off.
2. Press Clock.
3. Press the Temp/Time up or down arrow keypad to set the hours. Press Clock to switch
to the minutes. Press the Temp/Time up or down arrow keypad to set the minutes.
4. Press Clock or the START keypad.
1. Check that the oven and cooktop are off.
2. Press and hold Control Lock for 3 seconds.
3. A tone will sound and a lock will be displayed.
4. Repeat to unlock. No keypads will function with the controls locked.
