SPARE PARTS AND MAINTENANCE

All necessary operating, maintenance and repair
procedures must be carried out by qualified personnel or
by Nilfisk-Advance Service Centres (listed at the end of
this manual). Only original spare parts and accessories
must be used.
Call Nilfisk-Advance for service or to order spare parts and
accessories, specifying the machine model and serial
number.

BA 610 OPTIONS

(See Fig. L)
The BA 610 machine is different form the 450/530 for the
following characteristics:
– Two brushes;
– Wider squeegee;
– Brush release push-button.
Other machine characteristics are similar to the BA
450/530.

BRUSH RELEASE

To release the brushes from the brush deck, at the end of
work, perform the following operations:
1. Lift the brush deck from the floor.
2. Turn the brush switch to "I" position (ON).
3. Press the release push-button.
4. Keep the release push-button pressed, press for few
seconds and then release the a paddle.
5. If necessary, repeat the operation No. 4 until both
brushes fall to the ground.
WARNING! (BA 610 model only)
If the brushes slip because of the belt
tension loosening, it is necessary to restore
the tension using a tensiometer. For this
operation, contact an authorized NILFISK
Service Centre.
