Operating modes

Run mode
Normal operating mode
At power on the unit is in the Run mode. It carries out its measure-
ment and evaluation functions and provides output signals according
to the set parameters.
The totalizer adds the pulses of the consumed quantity and displays
them as current consumption value since the last reset.
The display indicates the current measured values, the yellow LEDs
signal the switching status of the outputs.
The display unit can be changed temporarily (press the "Set" push-
button briefly, after 15 s the units returns to the display unit set in the
menu point Uni).
The totalizer (consumed quantity meter) stores periodically (every 10
minutes) intermediate values as well as the elapsed time of the set
automatic reset. After a voltage dip this value is available as the cur-
rent count of the totalizer (possible data loss can be maximum 10 min-
utes).
Display mode
Indication of the parameters and set parameter values
When the "Mode/Enter" pushbutton is pressed briefly, the unit pass-
es to the Display mode which allows parameter values to be read. The
internal sensing, processing and output functions of the unit continue
as if in Run mode.
• The parameter names are scrolled with each press of the
"Mode/Enter" pushbutton.
• When the "Set" pushbutton is pressed briefly, the corresponding
parameter value is displayed for about 15 s. After another 15 s the
unit returns to the Run mode.
Programming mode
Setting of the parameter values
While viewing a parameter value pressing the "Set" pushbutton for
more than 5 s causes the unit to enter the programming mode. You
