Enhanced functions
This menu item contains a submenu with additional parameters.
You can access these parameters by pressing the "Set" pushbut-
ton briefly.
Min-Max memory for flow rate
• HI: displays the highest measured flow rate
• LO: displays the lowest measured flow rate
Erase the memory:
- Press the "Mode/Enter" pushbutton until HI or LO is displayed.
- Press the "Set" pushbutton and keep it pressed until "- - - -"
is displayed.
- Then press the "Mode/Enter" pushbutton briefly.
It is recommended to erase the memory as soon as the unit
starts working under normal operating conditions.
Response of output 1 / 2 in case of a fault
(indication Err → page 33). 3settings can be selected:
• FOU1/ FOU2 = ON: output 1/2 switches ON in case of a fault.
The analogue signal of output 2 goes to the value 22mA
• FOU1/ FOU2 = OFF: output 1/2 switches OFF in case of a
fault.
The analogue signal of output 2 goes to the value 3,5 mA.
• FOU1 = OU1 / FOU2 = OU2: Irrespective of if there is a fault
or not, output 1/2 switches as defined by the parameters
OU1 / OU2.
Damping of the measured value
• Setting range: 0 (= dAP not active) - 0.2s - 0.4s - 0.6s - 0.8s - 1s.
The setting influences display and outputs.
Factory setting: 0.6 s .
Reset of the quantity meter
After a defined period the meter is automatically erased and a
new metering interval starts.
The following periods can be set:
• 1 h ... 23 h (reset after 1 ... 23 hours),
• 1 d ... 6 d (reset after 1 ... 6 days),
• 1 w ... 8 w (reset after 1 ... 8 weeks).
In addition:
• OFF = reset after overflow of the meter
(32-bit number overflow, i.e. overflow at 4,000,000.000 Nm³).
• rES.T = manual reset:
The meter is manually erased and a new metering interval
starts: Press the "Set" pushbutton until rES.T is indicated.
Then briefly press the "Mode/Enter" pushbutton.
A manual reset can also be carried out if a period is set for
automatic reset.
