Noise Emission / Vibration
Hałas tego elektronarzędzia został pomierzony według DIN 45 635, Część
21. Poziom hałasu na stanowisku pracy może przekroczyć 85 dB (A);
w takim przypadku jest niezbędne podjęcie środków ochrony użytkownika
względem ochrony słuchu.
Używać ochronę słuchu!
The typical hand-arm vibration is below 2.5 m/s².
Measured values determined according to EN 60 745.
The vibration emission level given in this information sheet has been
measured in accordance with a standardized test given in EN 60745 and
may be used to compare one tool with another. It may be used for a
preliminary assessment of exposure.
The declared vibration emission level represents the main applications of the
tool. However if the tool is used for different applications, with different
accessories or poorly maintained, the vibration emission may differ. This
may significantly increase the exposure level over the total working period.
An estimation of the level of exposure to vibration should also take into
account the times when the tool is switched off or when it is running but not
actually doing the job. This may significantly reduce the exposure level over
the total working period.
Identify additional safety measures to protect the operator from the effects of
vibration such as: maintain the tool and the accessories, keep the hands
warm, organisation of work patterns.
Ochrona przed pyłem
Pyły z obrabianych materiałów jak powłoki zawierające ołów, różne rodzaje
drewna, minerały i metale mogą szkodliwie wpływać na zdrowie. Dotykanie
lub wdychanie pyłów może wywoływać alergiczne reakcje i/lub choroby
dróg oddechowych użytkownika i osób znajdujących się w pobliżu.
Określone pyły jak pył z dębu lub buka mogą powodować raka a szczególnie
w połączeniu z dodatkowymi produktami stosowanymi do drewna
(chromat, środki ochronne drewna). Materiały zawierające azbest wolno
obrabiać tylko wykwalifikowanym osobom.
Najlepiej stosować odsysanie pyłu.
Dla zapewnienia wysokiego stopnia odsysania pyłu stosować z frezarką
odkurzacz przemysłowy DSS 25/35/50 dla drewna lub pyłu mineralnego.
Zapewnić dobre napowietrzenie stanowiska pracy.
Zalecane jest, użycie maski przeciwpyłowej z klasą filtru P2.
