2.3 CHIMNEY
Chimney has a main importance for the correct
working of a wood fired thermal cooker. Wood
fired thermal cookers are built to insure the max-
imum efficiency, anyway the performances of the
thermal cooker are deeply influenced by the chim-
ney. If the chimney has defects or does not match
the building laws, it is not insured the correct

Chimney must be dimensioned in a correct way
according to the type of thermal cooker it is con-
nected with, minding the environmental and gen-
eral conditions of the place in which it is placed.
