Assembly
System is operating under pressure
Working on the system when under pressure could lead to
injuries and damage!

Depressurize all relevant system parts before working on
the system.
Assembling the valves on the Manifold
strip

1. Press the pins of the mounting plates (1) into the 3 through
holes of the single valves (2).
2. Insert the O-ring (3) in the provided recess on the Manifold
strip (4).
3. Insert the screws (5) in the mounting plates.
4. Check that the mounting plates and O-ring are positioned
correctly and place the single valve with the mounting plates
on the Manifold strip (6).
5. Tighten the screws (5): Torque = 2.5
Assembling a blanking plate
1. Insert the O-Ring (1) in the Manifold strip (4).
2. Tighten the blanking plate (2) with the provided screws (3):
0.2
Torque = 2.5
Nm.
Mounting the Manifold strip on a base
You can mount the Manifold strip on a base using either the
mounting bracket or the mounting strap. The mounting bracket
can be turned by 90°.
Using the mounting bracket:
1. Determine the orientation of the Manifold strip and assembled
valves to the base (0° or 90°).
2. With the mounting brackets in the desired orientation, push
them onto the Manifold strip from both sides.
3. Tighten the mounting brackets on the base (screws are not
included in delivery contents).
Using the mounting strap:
1. Place the Manifold strip with assembled valves on the base.
2. Place the mounting straps over both ends of the Manifold strip
and screw them to the base.

Maintenance
The Manifold strip is maintenance-free. Please contact the service
department at AVENTICS if you have any technical problems.

Cleaning and servicing
Solvents and aggressive cleaning agents
Solvents or aggressive cleaning agents could damage the valve
surfaces and seals.

Never use solvents or aggressive cleaning agents for
cleaning.
O
Only use water or a mild cleaning agent for cleaning.
Cleaning the Manifold strip:
1. Make sure that all relevant system parts are not under voltage
or pressure.
2. Clean the Manifold strip and valves using a damp cloth. Only
use water or a mild cleaning agent.

Disposal
O
Dispose of the Manifold strip in accordance with the applicable
national regulations.
