The safe use of this product requires an understanding of
the information on the product and in this operator's manual
as well as a knowledge of the project you are attempting.
Before use of this product, familiarize yourself with all op-
erating features and safety rules.
BEVELING BASE
The base can be angled from 0 to 45° left or right for a
bevel cut.
BLADE GUARD
The wire blade guard helps protect the operator from ac-
cidental contact with the saw blade.
BLADE SUPPORT ROLLER
The blade-support roller is recessed to ensure accurate
cutting.
BLOWER PORT
The blower port directs debris away from the cut line to
improve line of sight
EDGE GUIDE
Allows you to make straight cuts using the edge of the
workpiece as a guide

LED LIGHT
The LED light illuminates your work to give you a clear view
of the cut line.
LOCK-ON BUTTON
The lock-on button allows continuous operation.
NO-MAR BASE PLATE
A no-mar base plate has been included with the jig saw. The
plate protects delicate surfaces from being scratched by the
metal jig saw base.
ORBITAL ADJUSTMENT KNOB
The orbital adjustment knob allows you to select four orbital
settings to cut materials of varying thickness and density.
RAPID CHANGE BLADE CLAMP
The rapid change blade clamp does not require the use of a
blade wrench when installing or removing the blade.
NOTE: The jig saw is designed for T-shank blades only.
VACUUM PORT
1-1/4 in. vacuum port conveniently fits a standard hose size
for a cleaner work area.
VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL SELECTOR
The jig saw has a variable speed control selector to allow
operator control of speed and power limits.
