Disposal

domestic waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner via an offi cially

Possible cause / solution
• Check whether the dust container, the HEPA fi lter
and the fi lter compartment cover (2) have been
inserted correctly and adjust the fi t if necessary.
• Is the HEPA fi lter heavily clogged up? Clean it in
accordance with the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter.
• Is the HEPA fi lter worn or damaged? New HEPA
fi lters can be ordered through the customer service
department.
• A new odour is normal when the device is used for
the fi rst time; it disappears after a while.
