Before Initial Use

Before using the device, remove all packaging materials and any labels that may be on
the device and are used for protection during transportation or for advertising. Never
remove the rating plate and any possible warnings!
Please note that there may be dirt residues in the dust container or in the HEPA
fi lter. These residues can be attributed to quality checks and do not constitute a
defect with the device.

Assembly

PLEASE NOTE!
■ Always switch off the device before replacing any accessories.
Attaching / Removing the Extension Tube
• Attaching: The two extension tubes (8) can be used individually or plugged together.
Plug the extension tube directly onto the suction opening (1).
• Detaching: Pull the extension tube off the suction opening. Simply pull the two parts
apart.

Attaching / Removing Nozzles

• Plug the nozzle you want into the free end of the extension tube as far as it will go into
one of the nozzles supplied. Twist the nozzle back and forth slightly as you do this.
• For greater fl exibility, the nozzles can also be plugged directly onto the suction
opening, without an extension tube.
• To detach a nozzle, pull it off.
Removing / Inserting the Dust Container

• Removing: Untwist the dust container (6) clockwise. This re-
leases it from the main unit (5) and it can be removed.
• Inserting: Insert the dust container into the main unit and turn
it anticlockwise to lock it in place.
