6.7 Installing or replacing equipment parts
NOTICE
• Close off the compressed air supply.
• Disconnect all electrical connections.
• Ensure that the covering hood is attached again once installation is complete.
All installed equipment parts must have a diameter identification that is identical to the outer Ø of the gas nozzle that is to
be cleaned.
6.7.1 Securing the clamping prism

1 Insert the clamping prism (2) into the clamping device (1) from above.
2 Attach with cylinder head screw (3).
6.7.2 Mounting the reamer
NOTICE
• When changing the reamer, only use tools with a suitable width across flats.
Reamer holder AF 27 mm, reamer AF 17 mm.

1 Mount the reamer (2) into the reamer holder (1).
2 Tighten the reamer (2) (min. 20 Nm).
