NOTICE

1 Fix the support to a vibration-free working surface in the robot's work area with four screws.
6.2 Establishing the electrical connection

Three robot outputs 24 V DC and one robot input 24 V DC are required for controlling the valves.
A tactile (mechanically operated) valve is used for spraying.
NOTICE
• The gas nozzle diameter must match that of the prism.
• The distance sleeve must match the nominal diameter of the gas nozzle.
• The reamer must be precisely aligned with the torch type.

6.3 Connecting the pneumatic system
NOTICE

• Observe the provided pneumatic plan and optional connections.
A compressed air hose with an outer diameter of Ø 10 mm (inner width of Ø 8 mm) is required for the supply line. A shut-off
valve in the supply line is recommended. This allows the BRS-CC to be quickly and simply depressurized in order to carry
out any installation and maintenance work.
