2- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALLATION
This appliance is designed to be installed built-in or free standing.
For a built-in installation (fully recessed) please refer to the cutout
dimensions illustrated in the illustrated picture.
The cut-out depth must be 24"
•
Unit designed to be installed built-in or free standing
•
The cut-out dimensions shown allows for a full door swing and access
•
to the pull-out racks when installed as a built-in.
If installing between frameless cabinets, a 1/2" wide filler strip or side panel may be needed on hinge side.
•
The filler strip will act as a spacer between the appliance case and adjacent cabinet
door swing.
The width of the opening must include the filler panels.
•
Note: The door should protrude 1" beyond the surrounding cabinets.
ADDITIONNAL SPECIFICATIONS
This appliance requires a standard 115 Volt A.C. /60Hz electrical outlet with three-prong ground.
•
An individual properly grounded branch circuit or circuit breaker is recommended. Install a properly
•
grounded 3-prong electrical receptacle recessed into the back wall (as shown)
The power cord of this appliance is equipped with a three-prong plug which mates with standard three
•
prong wall outlets to minimize the possibility of electrical shock. Do not, under any circumstances, cut
or remove the third ground prong from the power cord supplied.
This appliance is not designed to be used with an inverter.

GFI (ground fault interrupter) is not recommended. Consult a qualified electrician or serviceman if the
•
wiring instructions are not clearly understood, or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly
grounded.
Do not install where it will be subject to direct moisture.
•
Place the Wine Cooler on a flat, leveled, surface that is strong enough to support it once fully loaded.
•
Locate the appliance away from direct sunlight and sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.).
•
Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic coating and heat sources may increase electrical consumption
Be sure the front of the appliance is not obstructed for air circulation and proper access to the door.
Do not install the appliance where the temperature will go below 13° C (55° F)or above 32° C.(95° F)
Do not install where it will be subject to direct sunlight, heat or moisture.
Allow sufficient space for door swing.
This unit is not designed for use in garage, RV or any other outside installation.
This Wine Cooler comes with adjustable legs (in the front) to help level the unit
