Functional description

The flow temperature control module serves the
connection of the dwelling station "Regudis W-HTE"
to a surface heating distributor/collector (e.g.
"Multidis SF"). The flow temperature control module
prevents excess temperatures in the surface heating
system.

The required flow temperature is set at the
temperature controller (see Illustr. 2 on page 17
(9)). If too low a heating water temperature is
detected by the contact sensor (see Illustr. 2 on page
17 (4)), the temperature controller opens the valve
(see Illustr. 2 on page 17 (8)). Hot water from the
supply of the dwelling station "Regudis W-HTE"
enters the flow temperature control module and
is mixed with the heating water. Once the set flow
temperature is reached, the temperature controller
closes the valve. Circulation of the heating water
from the flow temperature control module to the
individual heating circuits of the surface heating
distributor/ collector (see Illustr. 4 on page 18) is
carried out by the high-efficiency pump (see Illustr. 2
on page 17 (5)).

The contact thermostat and contact sensor are
attached to the pipe to the flow distributor with
the help of the enclosed retaining spring and
fixing plate.
3.4.1 Temperature controller with contact
sensor
The flow temperature is set at the temperature
controller. The contact sensor measures the
temperature at the pipe.
