8 Tips for Choosing Cof ee
As a general rule, any type of cof ee available on the market
can be used. However, cof ee is a natural product and its l a-
vour changes according to its origin and blend; therefore, it is
advisable to try dif erent types of cof ee in order to i nd out the
blend that best suits your personal tastes.
For optimal results, we recommend using espresso machine
blends. As a rule, cof ee should always come out of the pressur-
ized i lter holder, without dripping. The cof ee brewing speed
can be modii ed by slightly changing the amount of cof ee in
the i lter and/or using a dif erent cof ee grind. Gaggia recom-
mends using ESE single-dose cof ee pods for a tasty cof ee and
easier cleaning and preparing.
