REPLACING CARBON BRUSHES

1. Replacement procedure is as follows:
• Use T10 size bit to loosen the back cover screws and remove back cover by hand. (Fig.10)
• Take out the carbon brush (Fig.11)
• Put the new carbon brush and housing back cover into the hosing in proper order. Refer to picture for
the direction of installing the carbon brush. (Fig.12-13)
• Lock the housing back cover clockwise by using T10 size bit. (Fig.14)
CAUTION! Always be sure that the machine is switched off and is unplugged from the power outlet removed before
carrying out any work on the machine. To maintain product safety and reliability, repairs, maintenance or adjustment
should be carried out by an authorized service center.
