The ME device is intended for use in an electromagnetic environment in which
radiated RF disturbances are controlled.
The user of the ME device can help to prevent electromagnetic faults by
observing the minimum disturbance between portable and mobile RF
communication devices (transmitters) and the ME device, as recommended
in accordance with the output performance of the communication device.

Electromagnetic environment – Guidelines
Floors should be wood, concrete or covered with
ceramic tiles. If floors are covered with synthetic
material, the relative humidity should be at least
30 %.
The supply voltage quality should be that of a
typical commercial or hospital environment.
Mains power quality should be that of a typical
commercial or hospital environment.

of the ME device requires continued operation
during power mains interruptions, it is recom-
mended that the EUT be powered by a UPS
(uninterruptible power supply) or a battery.
