Remove the protecting plugs (5)
from the ends of the fittings (2).

Connect the hoses to the pump
and to the cylinder as indicated in
the proper manuals or, anyway, by
restoring the existing connections in
the previous installation.
NOTICE
DISTINGUISH THE TWO STARBOARD
AND PORT HOSES AND, AS THE KIT
OB-MD IS CONCERNED, DISTIN-
GUISH PRESSURE AND TANK BY
USING COLOURED ADHESIVE TAPE
only on the end of one hose, in order
to make the installation easier.
WARNING
The end of the hose with the sleeve
(3), if supplied, must be connected to
the cylinder fitting.

Tighten the nuts (6) on the pump
and cylinder fittings with a torque
of 20Nm (15 lb∙ft) by means of a 17
mm open end wrench.
WARNING
Make sure the sleeve (3), if supplied,
is hooked to the fitting.
WARNING
At the end of the hose installation,
enable the steering system and
check that the hoses do not inter-
fere and scratch some parts of the
boat by wearing or damaging them
seriously.

Togliere i tappi di protezione (5)
dalle estremità dei raccordi (2).

Collegare i due tubi alla pompa e
al cilindro come indicato nei rispettivi
manuali o comunque ripristinando i
collegamenti esistenti alla preceden-
te installazione.
NOTA
Per agevolare le operazioni di
installazione DISTINGUIRE I DUE
TUBI (SINISTRA E DRITTA) E, NEL
CASO DI KIT OB-MD, DISTINGUERE
TRA PRESSURE E TANK TRAMITE
IL NASTRO ADESIVO COLORATO
presente alle estremità di uno solo
dei due tubi.
AVVERTENZA
L'estremità del tubo con il manicot-
to (3), qualora questo sia fornito in
dotazione, deve essere collegata al
raccordo cilindro.

Con una chiave esagonale da
17mm serrare i dadi (6) sui raccordi
pompa e cilindro con una coppia di
20Nm (15 lb∙ft).
AVVERTENZA
Assicurarsi che il manicotto (3),
qualora questo sia fornito in dota-
zione, sia agganciato al raccordo.
AVVERTENZA
Al termine dell'installazione azionare
il sistema di guida e verificare che i
tubi non interferiscano o sfreghino
con parti dell'imbarcazione che
potrebbero usurarli o danneggiarli
pericolosamente.

L'extrémité du tuyau avec le man-
chon (3), si fourni, doit être connec-
tée au raccord vérin.

Vérifier que le manchon (3), si fourni,
soit accroché au raccord.
A la fin de l'installation actionner le sys-
tème de gouvernement et vérifier que
les tuyaux n'interfèrent pas ou qu'ils
frottent avec les parties du bateau qui
pourraient les user ou les endomma-
ger de façon dangereuse.
