Re-install or fill the Clean Water
Tank
Turn on the appliance and
check again in 30 seconds
Move the appliance gently back
and forth while it is turned on
Dry the filter completely before
use
Open the brush roller cover
to check and clean the brush
roller
Make sure the appliance is
being charged before self-
cleaning
The self-cleaning function can
only be enabled when the
appliance is being charged and
the battery level is more than
15%
Re-install or empty the Used
Water Tank
Re-install or fill the Clean Water
Tank
Check and clear the blockage
of air outlet and air inlet

cleaning brush
Install the brush roller
Check whether the tube is clogged
/ Alternatively, clean the tube and the dirt
sensor

Restart the appliance for
troubleshooting. If the problem
persists, please contact customer
service
Wait until the battery's temperature
returns normal
