i-RACER from JANÉ is a booster seat with backrest designed to protect a child
from 100 to 150 cm in height in the car. It has passed the strict safety tests of
European directive ECE R129/03 also known as "i-size".
i-RACER has been approved for use as an "i-size booster seat" for children up
to 135 cm in height. Therefore, up to that height it is fully compatible with the
vehicle seats that the manufacturer of your car has defined as "i-size". Consult
your vehicle manual.

For vehicles that do not have any i-size seats, or for cars that do have them
but the user is taller than 135 cm, it is very likely that the i-RACER car seat can
be installed in the car. A compatibility list for the i-RACER booster seat can be

A high percentage of car safety seat users do not install them correctly.
Understanding the instruction manuals and implementing them correctly, is
just as important for the child's safety as the actual seat itself. Therefore:
