Prior to installation, read these installation and operating instruc-
tions. Installation and operation must comply with local regulations
and accepted codes of good practice.
1. General description
The relay module is an expansion module for circulator pumps GRUNDFOS
MAGNA 25-60, 25-100, 32-60, 32-100, 40-100, 50-100.
Note: The relay module cannot be used for MAGNA D 40-100 (twin-head
pump).
The relay module is used for the control and monitoring of the pump. The
pump can be started/stopped via an external relay and give fault, ready or
operating indication. The functions can be utilised via an external control
system, e.g. a building management system.
The relay module offers the following functions:
• External start/stop, see section 4.
• Fault, ready and operating indication via signal relay, see section 5.
2. Connection
The electrical connection and protection must be carried out in accordance
with local regulations.
