6. Operation
Connect the heating apparatus to any 230 V ~ 50/60 Hz AC socket. The INDIANA air circulation
heater has a selector switch and a thermostat. Using the selector switch, you may select one of the
6 possible operating conditions. Set the desired ambient temperature on the thermostat (control
range 0-26 ° C). An integral signalling lamp indicates heating.
Thermostat:
The thermostat setting can be continuously adjusted in a
linear range of 0 – 26 ° C. This means that the increasing
numbers represent temperature rise steps of approx.
2.6 ° C.

Winter operation:
Step 1: Select the desired operating mode on the selector switch.
Depending on size and location of the greenhouse, a heating power setting of 2 000 W is
recommended in the winter months. In autumn and spring, however, the lower setting of
1 000 W will often suffice.
